Was checking thru my bookmarks and clicked on this one for the heck of it even though I knew about the MS Police screwing things up for the site.. Well it looks like it is back up and running, though slightly disabled and without some of the key ingredients that gave the site its moniker..

sucks - i was kinda interested at looking at the site (since ive heard people talk about it) but by the time i got around to it, the site was gone! stupid microsoft... oh well.. i found a good page to build a better boot disk than the reg. old one here:
http://search.zdnet.com/cgi-bin/texis/zdhelp/zdhelp/single.html?Ueid=915924&b=tipzone
lets see if MS tries to shut down zdnet now...

Although its a bit more technical, you can download a bootdisk with multiple CD support for Win95b from here:
Cdrom god (http://www.gankish.net/rumblesoft/cdromgod.htm)
You can also get a boot disk here:
Blade Runners Boot Disk (http://welcome.to/Blade_Runners_Boot_Disk)
You can get the what's claimed as the "ultimate bootdisk" here:
Ultimate Boot Disk (http://www.fastlanecomputers.com/ultimate.html)
This site touts "How To Make A Universal Win '95 Boot Disk" with downloadable information:
Bootdisk Information (http://doofus4real.virtualave.net/unicd.html)
This site gives you a downloadable win95 bootdisk w/ cd support for 9 different cd's:
Bootdisk w/CD Support (http://www2.edson.net/elitedatasystems.com/bootpg.htm)
Finally, but also very good site, with a downloadable bootdisk for both win95 and win98 w/cd support, as well as very good instructions is this site:
Windows 95 Help Files w/2 Bootdisks (http://pages.hotbot.com/movies/davesmidis/help.html)
I hope these help some of you who miss the help from www.bootdisk.com (http://www.bootdisk.com)

This is the latest post at the bootdisk site:
MS forced removal of the bootdisks the week of Dec. 9th
There is a growing force of supporters pushing the fight to stop this sort of action by MS. See...Bootdisk.com (http://www.nowonder.com/ultimate/Forum2/HTML/006049.html)
Let's hope some sanity surfaces here.
