Can't run Interent Connection Wizard

When I try and run the Intenet Connection Wizard, I get the error message "You are restricted from running the Internet Connection Wizard. Contact your Network Admistrator for more information." What can I do to fix this, I thought I knew, but have forgotten.

It sounds as if you do not have the permission rights on your NT box set high enough to allow you to install and or configure software. (you need Full user rights or higher)

To fix this you will need to log in under the Admin account (or have someone who has admin privileges do so) and change your "user" rights to a level that will allow you to install and configure software.
