Hi,

More problems trying to install my motorola sm56 modem .. on to win 2k .. i have downloaded the drivers but when i install the modem it asks for this file and it is no where to be seen....

SMSRL.SYS...

Any ideas??????

This appears to be a common problem as with in the 5 links I found on the web, 3 were people asking the same question. And I could not find anything to address this on the M$ site. Is your modem on the list of supported hardware for Win2K?

No it's says it aint supported. but why would they do win 2k drivers if it wasnt??
