personally, i think this will end up just like the RIAA's complaining about the MP3 players (like RIO). Remember? they tried to block them from being made and sold saying that it would cost them money as people would pirate songs etc... i dont know all the details of the case, but it would seem that the RIAA lost, cuz we have a bunch of MP3 players out there... i think this will turn out the same way.

Napster is nice, but i gotta feel for the artists. Since i really dislike "popular" music, i have been screwing them out of a lot of money.
