But why is that after eating some form of chocolate, for 99 percent of us the only drink we want is milk?

That's why I cut out the unnecessary steps in the process, I just drink chocolate-milk.

Unless it's a.m. and I'm late for work and need a sugar rush. Then it's chocolate covered mini-doughnuts w/chocolate-milk. mmmmmmmmm.

Hmmmm interesting question... I think it's just down to which flavours complement each other. I prefer coffee and chocolate.
A really bad combination is extra-strong mints followed by ice-cold orange juice. Physical pain from that one.
