Hi there

It seems that I have a slight problem.
I own a Micronet Shuttle3000 56Kbps external modem. My connection cannot rise above 33600bps. When I switch to my Supra internal modem i usually get 48Kbps.
What can I do for this?
I use windows98SE

Thank you
Vangelis

are you using the correct drivers? Have you made sure both you and the ISP are using compatable protocols? (ie K56flex, V.90 or x2)

Thanks

I didn't set the right protocols in the connection properties. I did and now everything works just fine.

Thank you
