When I restarted my computer, it took a long time, so I took off some things for my system tray and I ended some tasks in the ctrl alt del window. Well everything went well except that my keyboard has a control on it to allow me to turn my volume up and down, but now I cant do that. What happened, and How can I fix it?

You will have to reinstall the drivers for the keyboard

Maybe, but not necessarily. I've worked on systems with those controls & have found utils for them. Hard to name it, though, since each one's different. Just search.
Possibly you just disabled it, or removed it from your startup folder.
