Okay,so i installed a new harddrive and put WinME on it,so far so good, then i installed old hard drive and formatted and fdisked it.
Now how do i get the Winme CD to install to this HD instead of going to my master C:/ drive every time?

I don't understand why you would want to have two hard drives in the same system with the same OS.
I suppose you could disconnect the first drive, make the 2nd hard drives primary partition active, then install it on there. After you put them both back in together, they might not like each other very well though, and cause some problems.
well it does not have to be the same OS i just want a second drive to backup the first one,i lost everything on the old drive due to a bad connector on a cd-rom it somehow screwed up the HD,so i want to have it as a backup drive, can i just copy everything from new drive to old one ?
Thanks for the help...

If you just copy the drive over, it wouldn't run. You can use something like DriveCopy from PowerQuest to make an exact (working)copy of the 1st drive on the 2nd drive. Or you can use something like PowerQuest's DriveImage or Norton's Ghost to store an image of the drive which can be restored later if your system crashes.
