Outlook Express 5

I have Internet Explorer 5,And i just D/L Outlook Express 5.When i go into OE5,At The Top Of The screen it says "Outlook Express 5 By Juno"...Why Is This?I Downloaded OE5 From The Microsoft Site.
Can You Help Me?

Are you absolutely possitive you were not REDIRECTED to a different site? Are you using anything on your computer from JUNO? What you have gotten is a "BRANDED" version of OE5 and the only way to get that is from the "BRANDER or allowing the BRANDER" to change certain files of the program you installed.
