Lock Up After Post

hey all...
ok here is the prob: I am now on my second Microstar K7 Pro in 3 days. What is happening is after post it stops. It does not read floppy nor HD. I have tried everything under the moon interchanged cables periphals and so on. Rechecked and checked cables over and over and nothing seems to help. On the LEDs on the motherboard i am getting a red light for my FDC but it works on my other system fine. I am pulling my hair out over this issue.....

Go into setup and select BIOS Defaults.
