I need a good reccomandation for a good ol' upgrade. What should it be?? Thanks!

I want to upgrade as the title implies.
I have around US360 for a good upgrade.
OK, let's not look into the full specs of my system, but the ones I am rather wanting to upgrade.

1) Sell my FPS1000 speakers for the FPS2000+SBlive Digital(A value set)

2) Sell my SBLive Value, buy a Platinium with the FPS2000. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif

3) Forget Sound cards, sell my V3 3000, and get the GeForce Pro from CL.

4) Keep FPS1000, buy the Platinium and GeForce Pro.(A bit more then my budget, but I could still barely handle it)

5) Only sell the V3 3000 for a GeForce Pro + the VD133 from IWill or any VIA 694 based motherboard.(Save some serious cash!!)

Please note though, that they are the only options, and if I really yet buy the Platinium or even have an upgrade for the sound area, I would be unable to upgrade to a new motherboard from my BD100 that has some VRM problems plus no voltage tweaks.
