Hi all. I know that the Abit BE-6II allows you to run 8 IDE devices at the same time on 4 IDE channels. My question is does anyone know if A-bit's Hotrod66 adapter card can be used in tandem with the existing IDE controller on my motherboard? Here's the situation. I would like to add another hard drive to my system, but both my onboard primary and secondary IDE channels are maxxed out with CD-RW, DVD-ROM, HD, and Zip drive. I would rather not pay for a SCSI card/drive set up since the IDE drives provide more bang for the buck. The motherboard is an Abit BX-6II if that matters. Any advice is deeply appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
