in dire need of a laptop, where is there a good deal? anybody selling one

need a laptop soon and was wondering if you ladies and gents new of any good deals/links or if anybody was selling one. doesn't need to be very fast just wanna run win98 and NT,linux on it, some web surfing and some c++ programing and compiling. so it doesn't need to be a speed demon. need your opinion on the laptop on this link
