Hi,
I've been given some UPS's which I have subsequently been trying to use.
The problem is that I am not having any success using them and there is no documentation for them.
I have two HP Powerwise L900 UPS's which, when switched on give a single continuous tone and no lights on the front. (checked my power supply which seems ok, 240v uk supply).
And the other is a Merlin Gerin Pulsar esv8 which worked for a while, but when I tested it it stayed up for about 10 secs (possible not charged completely), and then switched off, but now I cannot get the thing to swith on at all.
This is driving me crazy, as I live in an area which has quite a few power failures and It's quite annoying having to restart a level of a game as my power a momentarily swiched off.
The person who gave me these UPS's seemed to think they should work, I haven't managed to get much details of these systems on the net, but I was wondering if anybody out there has experience with these and can help.
