Why doesn't Win98 have Microsoft Fax and where can I get it?

Hello,
I'm trying to set-up my fax on my computer that I just upgraded to Win98 but the microsoft Fax program is not there. Were is it and how can I get it? Does anybody know?

Thanks Susan! I figured maybe it was but I just couldn't find it or I didn't look hard enough.

Fax is not part of Win98 but it can be set up to work. I got help from Microsoft on their Standard No Charge Support site (http://support.microsoft.com)and was able to get it operating perfectly. Give them a try, they're very helpful.
