runtime 200 error

I am wondering if anyone has had a runtime 200 error while trying to install a game.
Is there a utility available that will slow
down the CPU while running older games?
I am trying to install Duke Nukem Duke It Out In DC which will only run in Dos.
I have a 400 MHZ CPU with a 32X CD Rom
I would really apperciate any helpfull advice!

you need to get a copy of Slo-mo, or Mo-slo it's something like that.

Just for kicks, try playing the DOS version of FROGGER as written for the 8086 on a pentium II. *WINK*
