I think Yquem is an exceptionally sweet white dessert white made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape, so with all that sugar and alcohol is probably still drinkable... but would you open it?

I think with a date like that it's also made from pre-philoxera grapes (some kind of disease that killed all the vines in Europe in the 19th century) so it's doubly valuable.

Me, I'd sooner have two bottles of the cheap stuff and get blasted /forum/smile.gif
