I know this question may sound dumb, but what is the exact thing I should do to update my BIOS? OK I did format my floppy to system files, and copied awdflash and the .bin file to disk. What should I do next? Read Abit's page describing how to do it properly, but nothing is clear.
Thanks!

I've flashed my KA7 bios like 4 times hehe! BTW-the best one is RY.b03 the offical TY one stinks...you cant overclock as good. Anyway, just go to the Abit site and go to downloads for the KA7 and it will bring up a pop up that tells you how to do it.
EDIT: Oops! You just said you read it and it wasn't clear. hehe. Go HERE (http://www.casema.net/~howland/ka7faq/ka7faq.htm) then go to the BIOS section...they tell you EXACTLY how to do it! =)

It's pertinent that you save your current bios and make a boot disk that will automatically restore the bios without any input from the user. This might be the only way to save your **** if you mess it up.
