Outlook Express starts slowly.

I have got a problem with Outlook Express supplied with Internet Explorer. It has lately been taking ages to start up after clicking on the Icon and I have no idea why. I have tried to search for the answer on the Web but cannot find anything.

check you don't have a virus or trojan, they sometimes show that symtom!!
