I'am trying to set up Microsfot Outlook Express and it asks for my POP3 and my SMTP. What are these and how do I configure them or do whatever I need to do?

Hi,
basically the two servers you are talking about are the servers to send and receive email from.
they will be something like: pop3.yourisp.com or smtpmail.yourisp.com etc.
The correct names can be found normally on your ISP's page, they are entered into your "Account" details under the "Tools..." menu I believe from memory.
