Change Registered User Help

My boss at work has several laptops that were turned over from several employees,
How can we change the registered user?
Will clearing the CMOS do it??
A full Re-format???
Or maybe the registry settings???
Please help!!

it should be in the registry. i'm not sure what you're trying to clear but it'll be in the registry.
