I've heard it's way slow. Anyone have a speed/figure so I could calculate the time needed to transfer 1 meg? If it's too awfull, Ill just get a reader when I get my camera...

Get a reader, like the "Sandisk", for your USB port.

Very fast, and saves on batteries.

115,200bps I would guess - mine is VERY slow. I usually fill up a 64MB card and it takes about 15minutes just to load up thumbnail previews of the images - actual download time is pathetic. I ordered the Sandisk USB reader a while back but haven't received it, have to check on that.
