Help,
When I try to print an e-mail message This Pops up and I get bumped out of Outlook Express.

Well,,there are alot of things that could cause this. But from the sound of it I would guess that something is wrong with the prog,,and since it's a prog that deals with outside connections I would run a virus scan before I did anything.If no viruses are found then you should check your registry and see if maby some other prog has messed with it's registry settings.

Like I said,,This is just a guess since there are so many things that could cause this problem.

make sure that you have the same versions of IE and OE. if you upgraded one and not the other, that causes problems like this ... most notably not being able to print email at all.

Good sugestion psyklone,,sometimes those updates and updrades can install wrong and cause stuff like this to happen,,If you installed an update recently you might want to try reinstalling the update.

I ran virus scan as suggested and I have not done any updates other than Macafee virus updates that come in regularly. There are a few odd things happening since the error thing. I am unable to download from Microsoft either the download starts and quits no message, just boots me back to Microsoft main page.

Might help. Go to Start/ Run & type in lines below, hitting enter for each one:

Regsvr32 /i mshtml.dll

Regsvr32 /i mshtmled.dll

May be other .dlls involved, but I'm not familiar w/OutLook.

Thank you for the help.
I installed The first dll, went ok
The second one gave me an error message.

mshtled.dll was loaded but Dll install entry point was not found.
Dll install may not be exported or a corupt version of mshmled.dll may be in memory consider using PView to detect and remove it.
