recently saw this mentioned, so decided to take a look. it tells me that my mouse, keyboard and audio devices have a problem, no drivers installed, yet all this works fine, do I have a problem?. OR if it aint broke dont fix it?

If it ain't broke, then break it so we can help you fix it.......LOL
I prefer to have all problems (no matter how small) working perfectly.
Try deleting the devices one at a time and reboot inbetween so Windows will reload the drivers for you.

Also you may want to boot into safe mode, device manager and see if you see more than one of the same mouse, keyboard, and audio device showing in the panel. Clear out all of them, then reboot to remove *ghost drivers* that can cause trouble, windows will find your presently installed driver.
I make it a habit to enter safe on a regular basis to check for those ghosts.
