Here's a stumper. A friend of mine that works(ed) at Microsoft told me how to add the read/rcpt check box to outlook. I later found the mesnote2.cfg in Technet. He also hinted at being able to un-hide the BCC members, but said it was a MS secret, but I had the form to do it. I know the Mesnote2.cfg file can be manipulated, but all attempts in finding the code for BCC have failed. Any help is appreciated.
