Microsft FAX??Help pls.

I just installed Microsoft fax that comes with Win95c. I can't use it. I'm well plugged into a phone jack and tested ok with HTerm. I can used the fax by using "SEND" from the FILE menu in MsWords but not through the PRINT option?. I get the following error "The information stored could not open"
Anyone have that problem ? MsOffice 97 is installed and i am using a laptop. Any solution to this please posted here.
