how do i make custom icons???

how do i?, i want to use a picture for my recycling bin, but i cant get it to work what do i have to do????????

If you want to create icons use: Microangelo
and you can change your icons with that same program.

No special program is necessary. Just take any *.bmp file and change the extension to *.ico and you have a new icon (Windows will automatically scale the picture down).
