IE5 Connections greyed out????

Please HELP!!!!

Within IE5(On WIN98 First edition) running on a notebook. All of the fields within the Internet Options connections tab are greyed out. All dial-up connections are present and I can connect through my LAN but when mobile I cannot select a Dial-up.......

Can anyone help?????

Get into your Add/Remove Programs icon in the Control panel and double click on the Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and Tools and on the next panel put a dot in the "Add A Component". In the setup panel scroll down to Outlook Express and hit OK.
