I have downloaded the program and have tried to install it about 6 times now ,it keeps saying insufficient disk space ,excit installation and free up more space to continue,I did that and it makes no diff.Is it corrupt or is there something I need to do to get it to install, there is a gig of space that is enough isn't it. Any help at all even if it is to say I am waisting my time would be appriciated, thanks.

Baffled,
As far as I am concerned, Winlinux2000 is not worth the effort... I tried it about three days after it came out, and it messed up my system (its ok when I mess up my system, but not when another program does...lol). It is not compatible with a lot of common hardware (like my ati 128), and on top of that, it isn't a true operating system.

The way winlinux works, it creates itself as a Windows app that requires rebooting to go into... it must be accessed from windows, installed, etc. The problem is, with the programming they have used, it won't be compatible with next generation os's, and that sucks. You'll lose everything if you upgrade, not worth it in my opinion. Get real linux, red hat or mandrake, if you are interested in linux, which you are!

Yes, I did have several problems with win linux and it messed up my system too. It was really a major disappointment.
