sound card problems

I recently put together a system, and the only problem I have encountered was with my sound card. Whenever I run certain sound applications, demos etc..., I get a blue fatal execution screen and it says, "PCI Error 0 x 1009" Then my system freezes up. I have on-board sound, but I disabled that and there are no resource conflicts. The following is my setup:

Duron 600 (overclocked to 660)
Gigabyte GA-7ZM
TNT2 32 MB video
64 MB PC100
TUTLE BEACH MONTEGO A3DXTREME
10.2 GB Western Digital HD

Is it sharing an IRQ or is thee an error in Dev MGR?
