I've recently updated BIOS from A05 to A06.
I downloaded the flash directly from Dell support but SiSoft Sandra (which informed me it was old in the first place)is still telling me to check for an update as BIOS is old??It also says to use 'plug and play BIOS'.Is this reccomended?Is A06 the latest BIOS update for me or should i look elsewhere?

What mainboard is this? Every manufacturer has different naming schemes for their BIOS updates.

I wouldnt believe everything that Sisoft says as quite often even after updating things, it will still tell you that there is an update available. So dont take everything that Sisoft says to the letter as it is not always true.
