I have 2 7200 disk drives installed on my AMD K6-2 400 w/128MB ram running WinSE. Recently, whenever I run Norton's benchmark on the drives, it shows the physical benchmark to be outstanding, but over the last 6 weeks, the logical benchmark has dropped off 15 to 20 points. Does anyone have any idea what would cause this and/or how to fix it?

Did you remember to run scandisk and defrag regularly?

I run Scandisk at least twice a week and defrag weekly.
