I just learned about this link myself, U-96 made reference to it at another post. Looks like it's a good place for me to learn to gain some added control over my computer. I use Registry Sweep (Norton SW)and have been also going through my registry with Norton's Reg Editor to cull out some of the leftovers that the sweep evidently didn't find. (Don't worry, I've got several Registry backups)
Also learned how to turn on/off a few switches for my Nvidia driver (Thanks to other tips/links I've picked up here at SysOpt).
Yup, this is the definately the place to learn and share information re: optimization.

It was socalgal that finally steered me in the right direction with how to actually post the first screen shot.

I see that you have a website, I don't have one created yet, so I can't create a link to a screen shot(you know how one thing leads to another ...) But I'll get there! ...
