Keep reading about msconfig, is this 98 or 95

Sorry to be dense, but I keep reading about this msconfig. Is it in 95 or 98, or both, and if it is how do I get it onto 95b. I have done a find on my system and can't.

Can someone shed some light please.

it's for win98. lets you manage what programs are loaded at startup lets you adjust sys.ini, win.ini, autoexec, config etc. doesn't work for win95 when I tried it on my friends pc. but there are programs that pretty much emulates the msconfig options for win98, check out zdnet.com. i think tweakUI does give you many options. good luck
