WHEN I BOOT UP A MESSAGE SAYING 'PLEASE CHECK CONTENT ADVISOR SETTINGS FOR MISSING INFORMATION' COMES UP. WHEN I RESET THEM OR DISABLE IT IT RESETS ITSELF BACK TO ZERO. SO WHEN I TRY TO OPEN SITES IT SAYS ACTION CANCELLED... I NEED HELP!

just reset it completely. delete the c:\windows\system\ratings.pol file if it exists, then go into the registry to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr ent Version\Policies\Ratings key and delete it. close the registry and you're in business!
