Can I get one's IP address of a user that send an email via an anonymous email account (like Hotmail, Newsandmail etc.). Hotmail (...or others) won't give IP's of the senders... Is there maybe a program that can track down email accounts?

Closest thing I know of is 'TRACERT', executed from DOS. I believe you're correct in your assumption that it will not get you past hotmail though. You may be able to block their email, or report the nature of the problem to hotmail, I'm sure you will get some interesting and informative answers in no time from this post.

Hi there
Hot Mail is probably the easiest to determine the senders IP, but most other than anon mail are the same. Just open the message then
click on view/headers ...check the header and you will find "originating IP" about halfway down..you now have the senders IP (or their proxy)
