i'm in the process of getting it but 90megs for a benchmark is a little excessive. it takes FOREVER on my 56k modem. so far 7% of it downloaded and about 5 hours away from finishing the download.

Thanks for the link, chipbgt, I saw it the other day but thought I was imagining things when I saw the size of the download ...

Successful download, whew ... that was an all nighter, took a little over 6 hours on my 56K.

What's the easiest way to boot into Win98 so that I don't have things running like:
CSINJECT.EXE
INETINFO.EXE
MSDTCW.EXE
NAVAPW32.EXE
MPROTECT.EXE
QDCSFS.EXE
RPCSS.EXE
STARTER.EXE
WMIEXE.EXE
3D Winbench 2000 doesn't want these programs running to perform any tests. I tried doing the Ctrl/Alt/Del thing and ending some of these tasks, but some on the list above don't show up there. Should I just boot in safe mode, if so, can I still make adjustments like tweaking my cache etc?
Thanks for any help!
