Ok, I still call people that program on their own (like not for M$) but use some of other programs or make add ons to programs hackers. Here is one, write a program that does the trick on this site: http://www.regedit.com/cgi-bin/detail?id=223 , make it flash insults, or insults to windows, like "to increase stability of this computer, please install Linux"
