Office 2000

HI all
Can't get the office shortcut bar to run. have tried Start>Programe>Startup the office icon is there, no good.I have also tried detect and repair, no luck. Be gratful for any ideas. Thanks in advance

Its part of the Office tools.
Look under Start/programs/Microsoft Office Tools/Microsoft Office Shortcut bar.
If you dont have the tools folder, perhaps you didn't load that part in the install.
