cant use tool bar and more

What version of Windows are you using? What version of IE are you using? If your using Win95 with IE4 You need to upgrade your installation. To IE5

i reformatted couple weeks ago and now i cant use internet explorer quick launch and also when i hit start then go into programs i cant left click and hold and move any programs around cant drag and drop cant right click and cant delete nothing can anyone please help i can right click on desktop on the internet but not in my programs i can right click in control panel too

Hmm. Only reference I is what I have - Win98 and IE5 (over IE4).

Sounds like what happened to me (QuickLaunch not working), if so, the fix is in TweakUI. Go to IE4 tab, and check the box that says IE4 enabled.
