Before I used it my CPU would run semi-warm, but after I used and I would touch my CPU it burned my fingers! My processor was HOT! I wasnt even doing anything on my computer, It was just on, sitting there for about 30 min.! That Waterfall program did the same thing. I know I set up all the setting right... Latter, Jeff pickel 11-05-1999, 11:02 PM I can't be for sure but my computer was (I hope ) having restarting problems. I was using "RAIN". Can't remember exactly where, however, I read that "rain" could somehow slow the processor to a point whereby the the power supply would 'flutter',like when the lights dim during a transition in the power grid and cause a restart. For CPU cooling and AMD chip optimization, I'm trying a program called "Powerleap" Been using it 3 days with no restarts and I'm a few(3) degrees less than "Rain". Just food for thought /forum/smile.gif the pickel SysOpt.com
