My TNT died!! Arrugh! I spent 6 hours trying to reconfigure the software 2D still worked great but 3D & OpenGL just gave up the ghost while playing NFS III ... I thought surely it couldn't be the hardware... but graphics driver after graphic driver and a Windows reinstall later there I was facing the horrible notion-- it was dead... Jumped the card into another system and it was dead.... $99 poof!

...so I went out and bought one of those $59 Savage4/AGP 16MB -- it works okay but still I miss my TNT - alas,,target practice comes again... ouch my wallet hurts the TNT was only 7months old...

100mhz was the highest bus speed ever - but It overheated a couple of times - But I think perhaps ESD got it when I was attaching the better fan to it -

poor me....

Thanks for all the comforting words...LOL

It was a Winfast S320 w/TV out. T'was a good card while it lasted - the warranty went by the wayside when I upgraded the fan on it - but that didn't cause it to fail, I don't think, anyway it lasted about a month after that. But prior to that it had really overheated a couple of times before I figured out that it didn't have sufficient cooling.

Mntsnow - yep!
