I think if memory servers me correctly , something about the TNT2's and SB lives don't get along for some reason , have you downloaded the latest drivers and patches for the SB live and TNT? Is the TNT agp or pci? and if the tnt is agp do you have the sb live in the slot right beneath the TNT ie.. pci slot1? And finally do you have the chip oc'd by any chance?

Well I've got a AGP Ga-660 plus riva TNT 2 card. I've tried getting the lastest drivers and my SB LIVE works fine, everything seems find not overheating, but I did get lockups at 40 Degrees C but before I got patch for motherboard. I'm not oc because I'm having problems just running the damm thing.

It seems to be the RIVA or Motherboard which is giving the problem.

HELP?

Have you checked the Mobo Mfr. for bios updates? My Asus board doesn't get a long with TNT2 chipsets, either, but Asus released a BIOS flash that solved that problem...
