I am not able to do java light chat using
Internet explorer, but my friends can do
the same. any solution?

Please try the following settings if you
haven't tried before.
Go to Tools-> Internet options.
Choose Advanced tab.
Please enable the java VM options.
This should solve your problem.

go download the Virtual machine from windows updates. This enables and gives u the best Java possible.
