Promise ATA/66 controller

Has anyone here managed to find it anywhere?
I have a couple of questions.
1. Does'nt the card use 1IRQ for both
channels?
2. Can it run reliably at 83FSB?
3. Are there any compatability problems with SCSI controllers?
4. Does it realy improve UDMA33(66) device performance over a BH6 IDE controller?

Thing I'd like to know is if your running a SCSI controller , why would you want a ata/66? Get an ultra2 controller. Faster, less CPU usage, just alla round better. And you know anything that new is gonna be ridiculously priced. I love mine with a Barracuda 7,200 RPM LVD drive.....screams.
