DeskBar Options???

If you right click on your Taskbar, then hold down control key and click on Properties, the last tab you see is Desktop Options. What is it?

SUMMARY
If you press and hold down the CTRL key while you open the Taskbar Properties dialog box, you may see a DeskBar Options tab in addition to the tabs you usually see.

The DeskBar Options tab was intended for use with a feature that was never implemented. The DeskBar Options tab is not functional. All the taskbar and Start menu property settings are available without pressing CTRL.
