If you right click on your Taskbar, then hold down control key and click on Properties, the last tab you see is Desktop Options. What is it?

MORE INFORMATION The DeskBar Options tab was intended for use with a feature that was never implemented. The DeskBar Options tab is not functional. All the taskbar and Start menu property settings are available without pressing CTRL.
