What is it about schools that when they buy software, they never acquire the documentation?

<Grumble>

My network uses NT Server 4.0 (sp5) and M$ Exchange Server 5.5. I've heard that Exchange keeps a physical copy of all binary attachments in its paging file (for lack of a better word). I am looking to save some space on the Server and increase network performance, if possible.

My question is: How do I delete those attachments from the Server?

A followup question would be: The clients attaching to the Server are Windows '95/'98 and maintain roaming profiles on the Server. Are the actual attachments stored user by user in their separate profiles, or in one big paging file with the rest of the Exchange Server data?

With appreciation,

Dave
