It's doesn't really surprise me but does anyone have any more information on why FrontPage Javascripts crash ALL versions of Netscape. I have tested it on MANY different machines and almost every version of Netscape and the Frontpage hover button (fphover.class) consistently crashes it. What happens is netscape will give a memory error (on NT) or just crash and close (win9x), the first and sometimes the second time you load netscape and view a page. But on the third attempt and after it seems to work fine! reboot the machine and it happens again! It's really messed up and no other javascript I know of has all the options of the hover button! Thanks for any input.

I have some of those buttons on one of my pages and it does not crash netscape. http://www.members.home.net/mdevaney/ http://www.members.home.net/mdevaney/home.html
The second link has 6 or 7 of those buttons and it works fine. Try them both and see if they work for you.

I just tried your page with Netscape 4.7 and the same thing happened to me as you said above. It locked up netscape. Works fine in IE 5. I like the thing you did with the faith questions, very cool.
I wish I could be of more help but I don't really use FP or know much about JAVA script, I use Macromedia Dreamweaver 3 myself. I did create the pages above with FP98 though.
