Multi-Modem Use

I am trying to figure out how to configure software to run two modems on my notebook (both PCMCIA) with Windows 98 and AOL. Any help appreciated! Phil

some servers allow multiple dial-ins on the same account, and aslong as there are no conflicts between the modems (obviously). have 2 internet connections to your isp on your desktop one for say the com2 mod the other for com3 (assuming that is where they are)and 2 phone lines then dial away, i have done this once as an experement it worked and it nearly doubles your download/upload rates or you might want to try isdn
this was on a desktop and i dont know much about laptop hardware configs but shouldnt be much difference
