trogan problem

Um, a "friend" of mine had access to my system through a trogan horse. I ran anti virus and it deleted it and such. Now what I would like to know is if that's all that needs to be done, or does the person still have access?

If in fact you got the trogan deleted and have made sure you have no other trogans on your system (I would recommend running a couple of different scanners as some are better at finding certain problems just to make sure) then I would have to say you have got him shut down but "he" might have already did "his" dirty deed /forum/frown.gif

well it's someone I know...and he just wanted to show me what he could do...ha little tricks like opening the cd tray, turning the screen off. But enough's enough...I don't like haveing an open door. I will try some other virus scanners though....thanks /forum/smile.gif
